Dr Victor Pantano was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Health Cooperative Research Centre in February 2019. Prior to this, Victor served in various executive positions including Associate Vice President, Innovation and Strategy at the University of Canberra, General Manager at FEI Company (formerly listed on the NASDAQ and now a subsidiary of Thermo Fisher Scientific), Chief Operating Officer at Lithicon AS, Chief Executive Officer at Digitalcore Pty Ltd, Director of Commercialisation at the Australian National University and Investment Director at ANU Connect Ventures.

Professor Tim Shaw is the inaugural Professor of eHealth and Director of the Research in Implementation Science and eHealth Team (RISe) in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Sydney. He is also the Director of Research at the Digital Health Cooperative Research Centre (CRC). The CRC brings together academia, industry, government and service providers to transform care through technology.

Donna Price is a senior executive at HMS with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare cost containment analytics in the US. After receiving her MPA from the Kennedy School, Harvard University, she began her career as a Director in the South Carolina Medicaid Program. Later moving to the private sector, she directed the Government Healthcare Practice at Anthem Blue Cross, and then joined HMS where she led the State Solutions Division, which provides cost containment and overpayment identification services to State Medicaid Programs.
