From the Executive Director: Our commitment to data innovation

The vision of the National Digital Health Strategy is an inclusive, sustainable and healthier future for all Australians through a connected and digitally enabled health system.

Furthering our commitment to data driven innovation, Monash Partners is holding a webinar later this week showcasing The Health Studies Australian National Data Asset (HeSANDA program), led by Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC). This national infrastructure allows researchers to access, share and reuse data from health studies, including clinical trials, cohort studies and other data valuable for research. The Research Translation Centres have been integral in the creation of seven HeSANDA nodes. Monash University (Helix) and Monash Partners have jointly established the Monash Node.

Our ability to harness technology to analyse and understand data to improve the quality and efficiency of health care is crucial.

Monash Partners continues to strive to improve health outcomes across our community, through data-driven innovation and care through our Data-Driven Healthcare and Informatics Platform. We are continuing to develop a collective vision around data, specifically, opportunities to improve data quality, sharing, usage, harmonisation and linkages to drive better health outcomes.
