At Monash Partners, we are committed to enhancing health research and research translation to improve the health of our community.
Our strategy outlines how we will address the priorities of our partners, consumers and the community through health research and research translation.
Through our strategic priorities we will help to achieve improved population health outcomes, higher value care, improved health equity, and improved experiences for patients, families and members of the healthcare workforce.

Enable research and projects by connecting stakeholders and brokering partnerships across the Monash Partners network

Strengthen the adoption of meaningful consumer and community involvement through implementation resources and support

Share knowledge, lessons learned and resources by supporting thematic Communities of Practice in priority areas
4.
Enhance integration across the research continuum by connecting discovery and basic scientists, laboratory-based researchers and epidemiologists with consumers, the community and health professionals

Bring stakeholders together through Monash Partners symposia and events

Increase the visibility of Monash Partners work and outcomes through appropriate
communication channels.

Build capacity and capability in research, research translation and implementation through training and collaboration

Support Early and Mid-Career Researchers through the STAR fellowship program, targeted symposia and recognition of excellence

Facilitate collaborative projects between partners by seeking funding opportunities
4.
Enhance data capabilities within and between partner organisations through a community of practice
5.
Optimise engagement by establishing processes for stakeholders to be in communication with Monash Partners.

Translate knowledge for better healthcare and health

Foster talent in research, implementation science and research translation by connecting high performers to leaders and resources

Collaborate on matters of national relevance through the Australian Health Research Alliance and state-based priorities through the Victorian Research Translation Centre Collaborative.
